CLASSIC WITH A TWIST

The subtle flavors of gentian work beautifully with the high notes of The Plum, I Suppose, making for a light and floral Negroni.
60ml The Plum, I Suppose
20ml Lillet Blanc
5ml Bergamot infused Helena
2 drops Hopped Grapefruit Bitters
Orange peel and Lemon verbena leaf for garnish
Bergamot infused Helena and Hopped Grapefuit Bitters can be replaced by:
5ml lime juice
Combine all ingredients in a glass.
Add ice and stir.
Oil glass with an orange peel and lemon verbena.
Garnish with new lemon verbena leaf.
