4.5cl SOKA
1.5cl The Plum, I Suppose
1cl bay leaf dry vermouth*
2 drops of absinthe
2 dashes of orange bitters
Lime coin for garnish


Add all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice cubes and stir untill sufficiently chilled and diluted.
Strain into your martini glass.
Garnish with a lime coin.

* For the bay leaf vermouth, infuse 6-8 bay leaves in your dry vermouth at room temperature for 24 hours.
