Ingredients
1oz / 3cl The Plum, I Suppose
1oz / 3cl espresso coffee
Tonic
Grapefruit zest for garnish
Method
Pour your Plum, I Suppose and espresso coffee into your highball glass.
Add ice cubes to the rim of your glass.
Top up with tonic and give it a gentle stir.
Garnish with a grapefruit zest.
