3/4oz / 2cl bergamot liqueur
CAN 03
Lemon peel for garnish
Method
Pour Symphony 6 and bergamot liqueur in a wine glass. Add ice cubes. Top up with Can 03 and gently stir. Garnish with a lemon peel after expressing its oils.
