CLASSIC WITH A TWIST
Enjoy the delicately smoky and savory flavors Ayuuk’s Pasilla Mixe chili with the bitter and fruity notes of coffee vermouth. A warming and indulging tipple for all!
1oz / 3cl Ayuuk
1oz / 3cl coffee infused sweet vermouth*
1oz / 3cl Campari
1 dash black walnut bitters
Orange peel for garnish
Add all ingredients in a mixing glass over ice. Stir until sufficiently diluted and chilled.
Strain into your lowball glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with an orange peel after expressing its oils.
* For the coffee infused sweet vermouth, pour your sweet vermouth through a filter with 123 g of ground coffee.
