The Universal Glass was designed by Svend Sømod. It is cylinder-shaped, with the same height as width. It is the most basic shape a glass could possibly have.
The glass is made from borosilicate which has many qualities, is extremely light, and most of all it’s extremely heat-resistant.
It's the same material we use for our stills’ columns. We used this glass in our Tasting Room: it’s perfect for simple cocktails and cans.
Svend Sømod works in the field of visual art and design. His work often deals with the relation between man and nature.
