See how bartenders make cocktails at home without the fuss of their working environment and with minimum equipment.
Starting with Bérenger Roth from Puss Puss, one of our favorite cocktail bars in Copenhagen which unfortunately closed its doors last December.
When he’s not supporting the Stade Rennais, Bérenger uses his spare time to extend his knowledge of classic cocktails while consulting for bars.
Here are two recipes he came up with.
Naked & Smoky
Ingredients
40ml Ayuuk
25ml Lime Juice
20ml Aperol
20ml Yellow Chartreuse
Lime for garnish
Method
Combine all ingredients in your shaker.
Add ice.
Hard shake and fine strain in a coupe.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
Southside, I Suppose
Ingredients
40ml The Plum, I Suppose
20ml Fino Sherry
20ml Lemon Juice
10ml Simple Syrup
Fresh Mint Leaves
Lemon zest for garnish
Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
Add ice.
Hard shake and fine strain in a coupe.
Garnish with lemon zest.
