SIMPLE SERVE
Our core spirit Ayuuk is based on Pasilla Mixe, a special smoke-dried chili that grows in a cloud forest. For this serve, the chili's earthy, dark red fruit and smoky notes are balanced out with the zesty, bite of ginger.
Ingredients
5 cl Ayuuk
Lime juice from 1/2 lime
Ginger beer
Method
Pour Ayuuk and lime juice over ice.
Top up with ginger beer and give a light stir.
Garnish with the discarded lime wedge.
