CLASSIC WITH A TWIST
The Clover Club is a pre-prohibition cocktail originating from Philadelphia. Here we've replaced the traditional gin by our Plum Kernel and Marigold spirit The Plum, I Suppose. The floral notes of the spirit balance the sweetness of the syrup and bring the cocktail to the next level. Complex, yet utterly drinkable.
6cl The Plum, I Suppose
2cl raspberry simple syrup
1.5cl dry vermouth
2cl lemon juice
1cl egg white
3 fresh raspberries for garnish
Add all ingredients into a shaker.
Dry shake until the egg white emulsifies.
Add ice and hard shake.
Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with fresh raspberries.
