Ingredients 4.5cl The Plum, I Suppose2cl Italicus Bergamot Liqueur 2cl fresh lime juice 5cl cranberry juice 1-2 dash Orange Bitters Orange zest and lime for garnish Method Add all ingredients to a shaker and add ice. Shake vigorously. Fine strain in your favourite martini glass. Garnish Flame orange zest oils over glass. Discard zest. Add lime wheel.
